I enjoy seeing and celebrating greatness in individuals. And I love helping people deliver and get recognized for their great work.

Connecting the dots on highlights on my experience — from studying art history and selling art, to reviewing and copy-editing reports created by engineers and quants, to designing presentations for executives and all-company gatherings, to interviewing experts, and writing about their stories  — I see my love of learning about people and what they do. In each role I have asked similar questions: What sets you apart? What inspires you? What can you teach others?
